This 12-week, one-on-one coaching program is centered around creating purposeful changes that support lasting weight loss. There are focused areas on food, movement, mindset and self-talk, sleep and stress, social situations, and more. This program is designed for all experience levels, using a tailored approach starting from where you are today. Over a three month period, we will work together on more than just eating and movement. We'll explore how you think and feel, your environment, and other lifestyle elements; because lasting change encompasses all of these pieces. This work gets to the core aspects of wellness and weaves them into your personal lifestyle, building something realistic that feels good for you to maintain.

This includes things like meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping and reading nutrition labels as well as ingredients in packaged foods, understanding portions and practicing mindful eating, staying hydrated, and exercise planning that works best for you. We'll focus on consistency, self-monitoring, and recognizing your triggers. You'll learn to set boundaries, manage stress, practice self-compassion, problem-solve when challenges arise, and recover from setbacks.
