Like you, I have a story, and mine has shaped my approach to health and well-being. I know firsthand the importance stress management and proper nutrition have on our health. When I developed food sensitivities and allergies, it was overwhelming, but it also became a turning point signaling me to rebalance. I began to slow down, listen to my body, and make purposeful lifestyle changes to support my overall well-being.
Through this process, I discovered an appreciation for creating healthy habits that align with my happiness and peace. I found a love for movement, from adventures in the mountains and on the ocean to everyday ways of staying active. And as my body recalibrated, I was able to fully embrace a wide variety of foods again.
Today, my food sensitivities have resolved and my allergies have nearly disappeared. I move in ways that feel good for my body and I help others do the same. I believe health is about more than just following routines - it’s finding what works for you and making it something you love. I’m here to support and empower you as you take steps toward greater health, energy, and confidence in your body and lifestyle.
I offer whole-person coaching tailored specifically for you to explore your vision and start moving forward at a realistic pace. Whole-person coaching involves many dimensions of wellness including physical, emotional, mental, social, environmental, intellectual, and spiritual. Every person is uniquely individual and the steps to making change look different for each person.
